Get A PRE-APPROVAL LETTER

Pre-Approval from a lender is highly recommend, especially in today's market.  A sales contract will not even be considered if it is not accompanied by a Lender Letter stating the prospective purchaser has been pre-approval for the purchase of a home.  Many Sellers are also requesting a Financial Sheet to accompany the Lender letter with the contract, showing the Seller that the prospective purchaser(s) have the necessary funds to close at Settlement.  Don't trust your largest investment to just anyone, especially those internet lenders, whom you never meet.  To become pre-approved, please visit the following lenders who have proven time and again that they deliver and seal the deal for you to become a homeowner:
